Business Solutions
RES considers a business to be a legally organized venture with production and marketing components, operated and managed to generate revenues.
RES works one-on-one to create decision-grade materials for clients to expedite planning, financing, marketing, operations, and any regulatory issues - whether the opportunity involves a new product or service or diversification/expansion of an existing venture. Then we help you through the build/equip stage and operational start up.
We believe that economically viable businesses can support the appropriate management, conservation and sustainable use of natural resources. And time and again we've watched benefits radiate from these businesses to create further value to their communities.
Whether your idea is a service or a product, whether it will involve a single operator or a national dealer network, we look forward to working with you.

Phase 1: Scoping Study
The Scoping Study can save clients considerable time and expense by determining early on whether the proposal appears to have economic merit or the likelihood of achieving the objective.
Phase 2: Feasibility Study
The Feasibility Study assesses the economic viablity of the proposed business and includes detailed financial analysis and modeling, and a recommendation of whether the venture appears worthy of pursuing. A Feasibility Study is required for most federal grant applications and by most commercial lendors and investors

Phase 3: Business Planning
An investment-grade Business Plan is the blueprint for operating the business based upon the Feasibility Study conclusion that it has merit. A Business Plan is required for most federal grant applications and by most commercial lendors and investors.
Phase 4: Build/Equip Construction/Commissioning
During Phase 4 equipment is procured and installation is complete including any site/facility preparation
